I specialize in wholesale rehab properties and usually am able to sell at 65% ARV or below. I’m not looking to make a killing; don’t need to when you do volume. I deal with properties across the US in all states and in most cases do an assignment of contract. Some homes are rent-ready, some are already rented, and others are rehabs from light work to the worst case scenario.
