Green investor needs wisdom and skilled counsel.

I live in Detroit, and I have some deals that need to be liquidated but I have no clue how to move them.

I’d run a news paper ad but my foolish living has left me cash poor for now.

Here is what I have.

I have control of a property that is worth about 80+
And the 1st and 2nd mortgage total 55 leaving about
20K in liquid equity. But I haven’t a clue how to move this to the correct buyer.

Secondly I have my own rental property that has about 20% liquid equity in it and I need to move it SUPER FAST! The mortgage that I was told I would get was around 520 but at closing it came to about 749.50!!! Way more than what I can afford with my house and car. Any ideas on how to move these properties quick fast and in a hurry?

detroit is a lousy market.
i think you’re best bet is to advertise on craigslist for lease-to-own.
also threaten your mortgage broker that the loan payment is 50% higher than the GFE
and you’ll sue him if he doesn’t refund your closing costs. he probably made money
on the backend YSP anyway.
