I have found a group of investors to work with here in the Albuquerque area, and they have experience doing so. :smiley: :smiley:

Some of the other towns in the area were interested in are Los Lunas, Bernalillo, Rio Rancho, Corrales, and Sandoval county.

Thanks a ton for all the support from this board, I took the leap, met some people, and now I am in the market for real estate! 8)

I’m right down the road from you in Los Lunas. I’ve got several local builders I work with that’d love to dump some inventory without realtors fees…
