GrayStone Mortgage

Greetings!

I am moving to Tx at the end of this month. I have no REI experience, but I am very interested. It seems that if you know what you are doing and are very careful you can make a decent living.

I do not have people skills, but I am very good with numbers.

Any suggestion on which type of REI I could focus on? I have been thinking about rehabbing.

I recently found out about GraStone Mortgage: http://www.paperbiz.com

They are located in San Antonio, Tx. I have never read before about inverse mortgages. Are they for real? Is this something ethical and workable?

I would appreciate your suggestions and advise. Thanks!

I attended their weekend seminar a couple years back. The course sells for $7,000. Its a very unique strategy where you tie up a hopme for a discount & sell for full price with some owner financing & get buyers approved with sub prime lenders.

I have closed 5 deals that way each one netting me an average profit of $8,000. This works fine with sellers that need cash.

Their system is called by several names ie. platinum level course, regional training & inverse pruchase. like any other course, you need to work hard & apply what you’re taught. Also develope thinking ability to solve problems & scenarios that are not outlined in their course.

Hi Dave. How you were able to find sellers that need cash? Also, what problems and scenarios did you run into that the course doesn’t go into? How long do you think it will take someone to start profiting from this technique? What sub prime lenders do you recommend? Thanks!
