I keep seeing things about the gov’t bail out for homeowners. Is anyone sure what exactly this is and if it will affect investors???
The Federal government has created several programs that are designed to help homeowners who are facing foreclosure. These programs include HARP and HAMP. They have had limited success - much in part to the banks and lenders adding in additional requirements or being unwilling to pass on the financial stimulus to the homeowner.
