Why not use Craig’s List to sell it? With some photos and some exciting ad copy its the perfect medium.

Dear Mr seller, my partner and I need to do some mass marketing to get this property sold and we are going to start with Craig’s List. I need to come over and get some photos.
I wud also target nearby larger cities. If you don’t use CL, I don’t know how you wud sell it.
CL has made me hundreds of thousands of dollars in the last 4 years, I don’t leave home with out it.

I did tell the owner last night that I will be aggressively marketing his home to find a real estate investor as quickly as possible, so you make perfect sense. I’ll go post it now
