So I met this realtor the other day who I send bad leads to for a few bucks and he heard I have buyers for 30 unit and up apartments. He offers to find me leads but I tell him that I honestly don’t deal with realtor contracts and I like to run my own deals. He then says he will pass them to me for a cut at the end. I’m thinking why the hell not make a realtor my bird dog. I’m not employing him and we both win. Let’s make a lot of money! :biggrin
