Hey everyone, I just came across a partner that has 200K-250K that he wants to invest in Real Estate. Profits will split between me and two others (the guy with the $ and my partner) I'm looking for suggestions on where to start as far as investing goes. The other two want to buy foreclosures or any other kind of flips we can do for a quick profit, we're not looking to buy and hold as of now, so if anyone has any suggestions please reply. Thanks
