How can I find good investment deals for flipping properties? I use a mls search engine, but the good investment properties are all sold before they are put online.
The MLS is usually not the best place to start. I would work on getting your own marketing up and getting motivated sellers to call YOU rather than the other way around. Newspaper ads, bandit signs, postcards, etc…If you get antsy, you could call FSBOs in the paper, as well as drive around looking for vacant, ugly homes, and getting in contact with the owner. (assuming of course that you are wholesaling)
