The first mistake is to say there is a national housing market. What good are national averages if they don’t pertain to local markets. In the article it said Dallas was in good shape so how does a national average effect Dallas.

Pretty much what I’m saying is that you can’t clump small individual markets together to make an average and expect to get a reasonable figure because the individual markets are unrelated.

very true as they have many things that are not the same in each market as in new homes old homes amount of and the job s in the area are not the same in any two let alone the whole nation
