I would like everyone’s opinion on what you believe is the best wholesale flip deal as far as what price range, neighborhood selection and so forth? Thanks
I personally like what I call “bread and butter” neighborhoods - low to medium price homes, which are attractive to either first time home buyers or landlords and rehabbers. That way you can tap into a larger buyers’ base.
I have seen investos successfully flip low price houses in marginal neighborhoods as well as luxury homes. But l like to make my life easier :biggrin - to me it is more of a slum-dunk deal flipping properties where the potential buyers cross over different scenarios.
