what do guys think about a property asking price is 25k property has 3br1 1/2batch 2 car garage in a descent neighborhood.
house doesn’t need much work at all the garage needs a little bit but not a lot the house looks descent like you could move in right away
a guy who invest in re told me that he buys and sells houses owner-owner for like 600/mo at around 8yrs what do you guys think about this approach
ex. he sells a house to someone or 60k. at 600/mo that’s 7200 it would take around 8yrs to finish paying of the property at this time the owner is responsible for everything bills/taxes/etc
whats your input on this approach?
