Greetings All,
I am a newbie and have heard about go zone grants that are being issued for real estate investors to invest in the Gulf coast region that never have to be paid back if you hold the property for (5) years.
What I am curious to know is, would this be a wise investment for someone with no previous real estate investment experience? Also, I was told by an investor that this type of investment is only for people who pay out an extreme amount of taxes and that already own investment properties, is that an accurate statement?
My final question is, would this be the type of investment that you could seek a hard money loan on?
I appreciate any and all comments and or suggestions.
