Yes, foundation repair… it is a crawl space, which I believe that same post mentioned, not a slab, and there were gerry-rigged repairs that had been done over the years… because of the termites, the banding had to be replaced, along with the joists and the gerry-rigging, which lead to FIXING the foundation with proper support… we were originally going to just repair the existing piers and supports, and jack it up as needed but when we opened the floor and found the termite issue, we addressed it properly… once you open something up, it has to be brought up to code… The house was built many moons ago…

I farm it out NOW because I CAN…See that’s what happens when you actually MAKE MONEY DOING THIS!!! Instead of buying TERMITE INFESTED homes, you spread various crews out so they can work on your projects. Maybe a little less time on the POLITICAL BS and more time spent INVESTING could turn the corner for you. It amazed me how much TIME you spent HERE after AUGUST 28th 2008 when you SAY you purchased your property.
