If i write up an option with a client and the the bank a date say two weeks will they speed up the short sale process?

They probably will. Although they say it can take longer you never know. I would go ahead and try it especially if your paying cash for the property. If not still go for it.
no i am not in a position to pay cash for properties yet but i have about 8 tied up waiting for short sales. Is there anything that i can do the speed up the short sale?
You know I’m sorry I thought that maybe you had an offer and it was taking longer. I think that the date will speed it up.
