I am analyzng many properties and have found 2-3 that seem like good deals. However, I do not have any capital. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could move forward? Is there anyone here who truly started with nothing and put a deal together?
The best thing is borrow from family or friends.

I am working with no cash, but I am not going to give up. I have found a 3bdr 1 bath reo for 75,000, did i mention it in hawaii… also the are is a good area and the sell those townhouses for at lease 150000 or 300000. so yeah , I am going to find my cash…
