Anyone care to share how/what they say when calling a ban that doesnt seem to care whether or not your short sale actually happens (Wells Fargo/CW) Does anyone have any good contact #'s for someone that can help out. Wells Fargo is the biggest joke of all for me and they have postponed the Sale 6 times, and they still have not ordered an appraisal! I know they have to follow strict investor guidlines but this is ridiculous. I call twice a week and speak to a “lead rep” because they wont transfer me to anyone else.
