I am new to this and have a simple question.
If I need to find out about the residential properties on sale in some area I go to the realtor.com and search. Is there any resource like this for commercial properties specially office condo, small apartment bldg etc.
What exactly are you looking for and where?

There is loopnet.com where a lot of agents list commercial property for sale or lease.
Another source is just local agents that deal with commercial property. I just did some google searching for Killeen and Copperas Cove and found some commercial buildings for sale so I could compare with one I am looking at buying.

Thanks for the info, loopnet.com is a great resource. I can do the basic search but it does not show me all the details and all the properties as you need membership for that.
