Will Homevestors wholesale good deals to other investors? Do they take the best deals for themselves?
I cant imagine a situation where Homevestors would wholesale a solid deal to another investor.

I see Homevestors selling good deals all of the time.
Call them up and ask to be put on their buyers list. Then, judge for yourself.

I have done business with homevestors on several occasions the last deal that I picked up from them I paid $46,000 and then sold for 82,000. I only ended up clearing about $26,000 but hey you can’t win em all.
They were good to work with because of the strict standard that they hold thier franchisees too. At least that was my experience.
