Ok, I am looking into a multi unit, 3 to be exact with a store front to buy. Now, I was wondering, how hard is it to get commercial tenants instead of live-in tenants. Are they easire to deal with? I figured, that they wold also bring in higher rents than regular tenants,am I correct in this assumption? And then, assuming that I can go ahead and get commercial tenants, how do I go abput getting them? What do I ask them, and most all, where do I get them? Any tenants I should deal with? And which not to. Any info would be great, thanks in advance.
