Im wanting to learn how to put together a land trust? What are the steps needed? Do i have to go through an attorney?
I have three properties and want to put them in a land rust and not sure how to go about it?

Why do you want to use a land trust? Once you determine that you actually need one, hire an attorney to draft it and make sure he practices in your state. These documents are state specific and the document mills make a one size fits all solution that may not work in your state.
