Get check in LLC or My Name?

Hi All:

I am currently selling a property that I quick deeded in the name of my LLC years ago. My question is: Should I get the title company to cut the check in my name or my LLC name for tax purposes?

As far as taxes go, it does not make any difference. The title company will issue the check to the legal owner of the property, the name on the deed when the property is sold.
