EHT stands for Equity Holding Trust.
I encourage you to read the links provided by the members and or go to www.landtrust.net .
Bascially, it a 3 beneficiary land trust convenyance arrangement utilizing a triple net lease arrangement.
It a very safe way to acquire property w/o any due on sale clause, judgement liens, bankruptcy or any legal claims of equity by a tenant in a property.
