Gaining a reputation

This has been pretty cool here lately. I am beginning to gain a reputation as a buyer of real estate in town and people are calling me directly. We live in a small town, so everyone knows everyone else. Pretty neat thing actually.

Haven’t found any deals because of it but I know I will sooner or later. I really haven’t been buying too many houses, about two per year for the last four years.

Same here. It’s nice when that happens. We’ve done enough closing with different Realtors that we’ve had perspective tenants referred to us from them. I’ve even had a couple people see us working on a house and approach us wanting to buy their houses.

It’s a reminder for me to be ethical at all times and treat people the best way possible.
