I have a few people lined up to do lease options but I do not have the lease option assignment contracts for the state of Georgia. Does anyone have a GA contract that you wouldn’t mind passing along? Thanks in advance. :biggrin

For $97 you’ll get his manual plus the necessary paperwork for various types of lease option deals, including assignments and Cooperative Assignments. That’s less than any attorney will charge you just to review a set of contracts.
to my knowledge, GA does not have specific Property Code statutes regarding LO’s, so go with MC’s docs and you should be fine.
