Is there anyone flipping probate deals
are you having to fund the deals, or are you still doing a simultaneous/double close to avoid that?
Is that still legal?
Probate deals are done like other wholesale deals, except the timeframe can be a lot longer because probate proceedings take time.
You can put a house under contract and assign the contract like any other wholesale deal.
One guy that does probate deals a lot is Preston Ely. I’m not sure if he’s active on this forum.
