Does anyone have a template on how to format a bio to present to lenders?

We made a binder with the following information:
Current pay statement
Current W-2
Last three years tax returns
Personal financial statement
Last three years of Profit and Loss statements from business
Pictures of current REI holdings
This worked fine for us. Be as organized as possible. It will show them you are a professional.
