A few months ago I found this really great website that actually researched and listed all fsbos & frbos found in Texas classifieds. What a time saver! For a small monthly fee you have access to their database which contains fsbos & frbos from all the known classifieds in the state on a daily basis. Unfortunately, I misplaced the link and was wondering if anyone here has found this website. All I can remember is that it had a W in the name. Please help if you know what I am talking about.

I FOUND IT! I FOUND IT!! Actually, I sent it to my Pops when I found it and lucky for us he had it cataloged in his email bin. Thank GOD b/c this site is amazing. Please check it out and let me know what y’all think.

It is a bit pricey, $39 p/month but hey these guys go out and scour all the newspapers classified ads, fsbo magazines, & fsbo websites, etc and put the sellers info in a easy access data base. I say how much is your time worth? Cool thing here is that you can “query” the database for any parameter you want. Check it out! It is a valuable resource. I hope you like it.
