Ok…I have a deal where it is no qualifying, no banks, or credit needed, owner financed home in a very nice area…with as little as 3 payments and closing costs to get in…

Now, it is through a real estate agent…I want to get this under contract then assign it to a buyer who wants it…or should I get it under contract then get a buyer and do a double closing? I am lost here, it is a great deal but I dont know how to do it.

If your buyer will pay you an assignment fee, that’s cleaner and easier. You profit will be disclosed, however.

With a great deal like that why don’t you buy it yourself?

If I were to buy it, how do I do that? I don’t have the 3 pmts…
