I couldn’t find a club listed either. If you can find investors in general they know who to talk to. I would look for the investors individually. I would look in the newspaper and find an investor that is advertising there. Look for an ad that reads something like this…For sale - beautiful home for sell owner finance or House for rent with option to buy etc. Call that number provided and tell the person that answers that you want to be an investor and would like them to give you some advice and see what they say.
