Are there any reliable free list of all properties going to auction in Los Angeles or in all So Cal? I understand auctions can be delayed/canceled even up to the last minute, but is the only way to see which properties are going to auction for free by signing up for a service/publication? Thank you for your help.
Thanks. I remember getting them before that way, but a law came up for title companies and my rep at the time said they can no longer get that information. Anyway, that would only be NOD information. I’d be also interested in knowing when the trustee sale is scheduled. Anyone?
Personally I like the National Auction List best because you can refine your search and set it up for e-mail alerts to let you know when an auction that fits your profile is coming up.
Auctioneers spend thousands of dollars to promote each auction and never charge bidders to find out when or where there auction is nor do they charge to bid.
Real estate auctions do require bidders to bring a deposit, which is usually refundable on the spot if you are not the winning bidder and goes right into escrow if you are the winning bidder.
