I am trying to market to owners who own their properties free and clear. Any idea where I can get or buy such a list? It’d great if I can get the list free somewhere online. Otherwise, I am willing to pay.

Any of the popular list brokers should have that list available…
Free and clear properties are like gold. Why would someone give out a list. Sure maybe to make a couple of bucks, but they can do the deal themselves and make a killing.
list brokers sell them becuz they are in the name selling business, not the real estate business.
