I am using Realquest to get my lists for my direct mail. Can someone tell me how they go about finding Free and Clear Owners on Realquest. What preferences would I be selecting? I thank you for your help in advance.

The way they find these list are by finding properties with liens that have been released and no new liens have been recorded at city hall.
