Do you mean a preconstruction deal? I usually think of a franchise deal as actually purchasing a franchise agreement from bugerking or walmart. In ths instance you would just be purchasing the opportunity .

If you own the property it will probably be a little easier
to work with the bigger companies. You need a plan of attack.
Call up the Companies Real estate department and ask them what the expansion plans are for the next year and what demographics they are looking for. If your property meets their parameters then they will buy.
