My question about raw land is always this: OK, if you buy it, what are you going to do with it? Noodle through that a bit and let us know.
Raw land is almost always an alligator – it is difficult to generate any income while it sits.

I am seeking info on a partnership on this…I understand fully well that land is diffucult to generate cash as it sits. No doubt about that…it’s the after development where the huge pay off is…With this property I estimate about a $8.1 Million gross profit…
