Anyone use this service and is it good? I just received a call from a sales rep, indicated to me that this service has leads that are not MLS listed - posted once a week though -every Friday at 5 PM EST.

About $350/yr for a subscription -
wanted to get feedback from y’all.

The most current information I have found are the local NODs or notice of default, listed on your countys webpage. I dont even have to go the court house, I can search from home. They are free.

I was told that foreclosureworld.net was the better service out of all. I do not know how true this is. I have subscribed to them and honestly I haven’t seen them doing any updates to the system on Friday. I have only been with them for a week. I initiated all the legal paperwork (e-mails and soforth) in order to defend myself and back up the reasoning of my disputed charges.

I honestly think that Realtytrac has a more professional setup, and once I get my money back from foreclosureworld I will be subscribing to them.

Does anyone know about reality trac?

I honestly think that if you get your leads from the county it is your best bet to get current leads! Here is my thought’s on the subject If you wanted to make a pot load of money whay not get the leads from the counties and sell them to everyone else and triple your money??

10+ years in REI and do not belive in either!

Also call your local title company and see if they do Ownership and encumberance leads they are the best by far! I get them free every week and never use them!!!

Anyone in Colorado want them!!!LOL I am to busy to handle them!

Do every title company supply something liek this? I am from indianapoli, In. I have called title companies about giving me Lis Penden and they say dont dont supply that. Is there another way to word it
