What advantage is it to me to have a list of all the forclosures filed in my state. What could I do to profit from this information. I am a rank beginner.
If you have a list of people going to foreclosure then you can see if you can help them out by buying their house. That involves marketing to them, calling them or even showing up on their doorstep (hard to do, but I’ve heard it’s very successful).
