I noticed there were over 800 views on the other topic noting Foreclosures / Preforeclosures. If you have had good luck belonging to some of the $50 a month sites, great. I wasn’t able to profit the way I wanted too from these sites, so I went directly to the lenders. I have been blessed working directly with lenders. If you don’t mind a suggestion, you may want to contact your local, regional banks, starting with the one you currently have accounts with. When done correctly, this will allow you to move upstream so to speak, long before the foreclosure websites would ever see these properties. I found the larger banks tend to work mostly with very large home pools, 100 - 500 requiring all the homes in the pool to be purchased. Just my two cents.
