what does everyone think of foreclosures.com i signed up for the free trial and it seems cool to me what about you guys.
foreclosure.com completely sucked, but I remember thinking both sites looked like very comparable quality when I chose to try out foreclosure.com. They were horrible, couldn’t have been worse. Haven’t heard good things about foreclosures.com either, but who knows.
How are you evaluating it? I know some of the major flaws with foreclosure.com were that their freshest listings were released on their site 3 weeks after the lis pendens were filed, which sucks. Also, they limited the amount of addresses I could pull on a given day to 200, which was a pain to work with. The last major pitfall was that there were repeat names all over the place, so you’d have to go through and alphabetize in order to avoid sending 2 copies of the same mailing to the same place on the same day. And their customer service sucked.
