I have seen many comments about use the search forum and that is what i did but I did not find any useful information as to the credibilty of this site. So I am going to revise this thread and ask that question, how accurate is this site? I mean I look are forclosures and when I use the mls or something it gives a different results as to who the owner of the property is, i mean is anything on here real or what? also which courthouse would I have to go to get an accurate list of forclosures.

Based on past posts, the “leads” are generally outdated and have incorrect information. You best source is go straight to the source.
You would go to the county courthouse in which the property is located.
