Where can I find VALID foreclosure information in my area. Everything seems to be out-dated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
You need to tell everybody where u r located. If ur in florida, I suggest u check the clerk of county website for the county you are in. In my case, Brevard county(Melbourne, fl) and its free!!! If you are in Broward county(fort lauderdale) they charge 14.95. hope this helps

Im in Arizona. (Glendale, Phoenix area)
Well i did some checking for you. Glendale is part of Maricopa county!! I bought a few tax lien properties there in Scottsdale. Here is the tax assessor site: http://www.maricopa.gov/Assessor/ParcelApplication/
Here is the treasurers office
http://treasurer.maricopa.gov/office.htm
Here is the recorders site: http://recorder.maricopa.gov/recdocdata/GetRecDataSelect.asp?mcrs=1
This is what u are looking for!!!
locate lis pend dropdown menu on document code
Enter the begin/end dates and press the button!!!
One more thing look at the unofficial documents, the officeal docs cost money!!!
I am starting to do similar with my county. At least both sites are free!!!1
Hope this helps you
Thank you very much.
Ur Welcome, if you have more questions email me or u can post them in different forums as well.

69,
THere’s no such info online for Tarrant or Dallas County TX is there? It’s a non-judicial state (Texas), I can’t make it to the courthouse every day.
Well if they dont have it online. then you need to call the county to find out which companies are handling that info or find out the legal newspaper for you county. Sorry cant be much help there.

Hiya FKF:
Try netronline.com. They have all 50 states you can pull from and check to see if your county’s tax assessor’s office is online.
Try that.
