if a contract has been written by only the parties in volved but is legal and binding.arrears have ariase but have been paid with no letters of demand.
can the owner financer foreclose on the property.
also the deeds are still in their name.
if there is no clause in contract stating if arrears araise what step are to be taken.
i have 70% payed the property off as weel as maintained and payed rateswere do i stand
