Hello,
I am a residential builder/remodeling contractor in Michigan who is looking to diversify and get into the foreclosure market. Obviously we have a lot here. I work with another builder, we both can get in and get out and minimize the investment of paying different trades to bring the house to market. I am new to the foreclosure industry but I figured investors needed guys like us. Where should I start to market to? I have posted on Craigslist, but there are so many hacks on there.
