Hey all,

Is anyone using Foreclosure Radar software? It seems like an excellent tool for CMA, comps., lender analysis, pre/ NOD, auction data, finding deals, making the right SS offer, etc…

I ran across this today and it certainly is curious. Its $50/ month, which isn’t bad if it functions as described. It appears to be a great tool for a short sale negotiator.

I think www.realquest.com is better. It’s more expensive but you get to do research. ( date which house was bought, lender, how much the loan was for).You can also get comps and the NOD list from realquest.

i think Foreclosureradar.com is also California only?
