I have been in Real Estate sales for 9 yrs now after a 24 year career in the US Navy. I would like to get involved with REO listings. Any guidance from experienced agents/brokers on the right steps to get started is greatly appreciated!

I have made calls to the various lenders and spoke to individuals in their REO department. I can’t get anywhere without a loan number. I registered with REO trans over a year ago and nothing. I get a few BPO’s but they are sporatic. Any guidance on getting my foot in the door?
