Do any of you use any foreclosure listing sites? If so which ones are good and worthwhile using?? Thanks in advance

I use one that posts the auctions on the net about 20 days prior to the sale date. I have heard a lot of others are old news by the time you get the info. like Foreclosure World. I gave them several hundred several years ago for a list that was way old. I still have a lifetime membership and look in from time to time to see what is up. Go to a sale and find out who is there reporting the results. They actually have booths at our sales.
