Hi Fellow investors,

I’m a new investor and I live in Atlanta, Ga and I’m interested in getting a foreclosure list and perhaps a list of current divorces. I know that you can buy these list but they are kind of expensive and everybody is working the same list. Does anybody know how to get the list from the court house? How are you all finding your target marking list? I just need some information so I can start marketing. Any ideas or information from others would be greatly appreciated!

no matter where you get your list from – from the courthouse or another investor, you aren’t going to be alone who is mailing to these people.
If you really want to mail to NOD, go to the courthouse and ask on the spot, they will show you everything you need. You’ll be surprised how friendly county clerks are.
