Hello all,

I have a list of foreclosure properties that are to go on sale on march 7, 2006. Is it too late for a short sell? What characterisitics do I look for in this list for potential sellers? How else can I use this list even after it has been in an auction? Any ideas???
Sorry if the questions seem a bit silly…I’m a newbie.


The thing to look into is sellers redemption rights Here where I am they have 75 days to redeem after the sale date… Some States there is no redemption others are from 5-100 Days!!
