Foreclosure Investment Software tied to MLS

Does anyone know of any really good investment software that will help search out properties AND also foreclosures and has the ability to run comparables? I have been using “Prop Stream” but the software seems to have gone on vacation and the date is frequently not current, but it did provide me the ability to run my own comps for a monthly subscription fee. I am looking for something similiar to this, but perhaps BETTER…

I read all of the blogs on here about Shark Bait being bad and some of the other, but I would like to know from anyone who is actually using something and its results. Thanks!

I run a website that helps with short sale properties. We have a “comparables” section that pulls current listings from the MLS, eBay, and foreclosure.com. We also have add-on services to buy leads (by zip) that are 60-90 days past-due on their mortgages.

Zillow can also be useful for comparables. Are you strictly looking at foreclosure properties or are you also working pre-foreclosures?
