Foreclosure in FLorida

We (husband and I) bought and investment property two years ago for $650K. It now has a value of about $500K. Our payments around $4000. We have it rented for $1600 monthly. Our restaurant is very successful so we cannot show a hardship for shortsale. We would prefer to just let it go.

How do we avoid deficiency judgement? Our credit is perfect. Any recommendations? :rolleyes
